1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer reliable shipping options across the United States:

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for those who need relief sooner.

Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you via email to ensure we find the best way to get your package to you.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
At orokuna, we take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at service@orokuna.com so we can make it right.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to support customers worldwide in the near future.
