How do I know which size to choose? Each of our wearable support products (compression gloves, knee braces, etc.) has a specific size chart on its product page. We recommend measuring your joint circumference with a flexible tape measure for the most accurate fit.

Can I wear orokuna supports while sleeping? Many of our compression products are designed for extended wear. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional before wearing them overnight, especially if you have circulatory issues.

Are these products a substitute for medical treatment? Our products are designed to provide support and relief for daily activities. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please consult a doctor for chronic pain or severe injuries.

How long will it take to receive my order? Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we focus on serving our customers within the United States to ensure the fastest possible delivery times.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your product doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
