1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

2. Hygiene & Safety (Important for Wearables)
Due to the nature of our products (compression sleeves, braces, and gloves), items must be clean and free of wear, pet hair, or odors to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of long-term use for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

5. Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

6. Damaged or Defective Items
